CROOKSTON AIRPORT COMMISSION TO MEET THURSDAY MORNING

The Crookston Airport Commission will meet Thursday, January 14 at 8 a.m. in the Council Chamber at City Hall. The commission will be discussing options for the airport master plan after learning the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) expects Runway 6/24 to be decommissioned (preferred option from the FAA) or have obstructions, including the fuel pumps that were just installed in 2018, removed prior to the City of Crookston receiving future federal grant funding for development at the airport.

A public open house scheduled for Thursday has been postponed while the commission reviews alternative options.
